Cancellation Policy
Cancellation up to 2pm one day prior to arrival date: no cancellation fee
Cancellation after 2pm one day prior to arrival date: 1 night stay
Guests who cancel on the day of arrival or no-show will be charged for the entire accommodation charges as per the original booking.
Please note that when making reservations on-line that the above cancellation policy relates to the ‘Nightly Rate’ while the ‘On-line Special’ comes with strict terms and conditions, please refer to our ‘on-line reservations page’ for more information.
As unforeseen circumstances can affect your travel plans we encourage all our guests to take out comprehensive travel insurance. We suggest you should consult your travel agent or insurance company prior to departure.
Child Policy
Children are welcome. Children above the age of 12 are charged full rate.
Data Collection
Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. We use the information you provide about yourself when making a reservation or enquiry only to complete that booking.
We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order. We collect email addresses from enquirers and those requesting to receive email newsletters. We collate this information to:
- Enable us to respond to enquirers
- Send newsletters to those who have made a request
No information is shared or sold to any third party company. We will immediately remove you from our database if requested.
Customer Dispute Resolution
Satisfaction is very important to us and we will endeavour to resolve any issues quickly. In the very unlikely event of a dispute, it will be handled personally by the General Manager.
